In 15 years of establishment and development, TAPHALAW has expanded its operations with more than 20 Lawyers, Paralegals and Legal Experts with extensive experience in various fields. At the same time, TAPHALAW is also honored to receive many certificates of merit from state agencies, organizations and unions in recognition of its outstanding contributions over the past time.<\/span><\/p>\n

2010 \u2013 2017:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his excellent performance in 2015 \u2013 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his contributions to the youth movement of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association in the period 2012 \u2013 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

2018 \u2013 2019:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his excellent performance and active contribution to the activities of the Bar Association in 2017 (according to Decision No. 01\/2018\/QD-DLS dated January 8, 2018).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Bar Federation awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his achievements in building the Bar Association in 2018 (according to Decision No. 149\/QD-BTV dated December 18, 2018).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Bar Federation awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his achievements in building and developing the Bar Association for the 6th term (2014 \u2013 2019).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Taxation awarded to TAPHALAW for its achievements in implementing tax law policies in 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

From 2020 until now:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his achievements in contributing to the Bar Association\u2019s activities in 2022 (according to Decision No. 10\/QD-DLS dated December 27, 2022).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union of the People\u2019s Government and Party to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his outstanding achievements in the Youth Union\u2019s work and the youth movement of the Bloc in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Bar Federation awarded to Lawyer Vo Dan Mach for his achievements in building and developing the Bar Association in 2023 (according to Decision No. 173\/QD-BTV dated December 25, 2023).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People\u2019s Committee of Chau Thanh District (Tay Ninh Province) awarded to TAPHALAW for supporting Phuoc Vinh Commune in purchasing health insurance for poor households.<\/span><\/p>\n

Establishing the Ta Pha Charity Fund \u2013 Journey of Charity in 2022, mobilizing resources and successfully organizing annual charity programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition the Company also established the TA PHA FC football team, regularly participating in friendly matches with other units in some typical tournaments such as: Futsal to celebrate spring organized by UEF, Ho Chi Minh City People \u2013 Government \u2013 Party Football Tournament,\u2026 Especially organizing the 7-a-side Football Championship of Ho Chi Minh City \u2013 TA PHA Cup 2024 to mobilize donations for students in difficult circumstances, spreading the spirit of volunteerism and sports solidarity.<\/span><\/p>\n

TAPHALAW also acts as a professional unit, coordinating with Law training institutions to organize academic programs, sharing sessions for high school students and Law students, attending and contributing to scientific seminars.
