2. INDUSTRIAL DESIGN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Paperwork process<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Business license.<\/p>\n

– Declaration for request for issuance of exclusive patent for industrial design (in the form).<\/p>\n

– Description of industrial design.<\/p>\n

– A set of photos or drawings of industrial design.<\/p>\n

Duration<\/strong>: 12 months<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Duration of protection: 05 years, extension 02 times, 05 years for each extension (15 years in total)<\/em><\/p>\n

3. BRAND<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Paperwork process<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Business registration certificate (02 copies).<\/p>\n

– Brand samples to be registered.<\/p>\n

– Declaration form of brand registration<\/p>\n

Duration<\/strong>: 12 months<\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>Duration of protection: 10 years. Can renew multiple times, every 10 years<\/em><\/p>\n

4. COPYRIGHT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Paperwork process<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Sample of original work (logo, work of fine art, research article, software, etc.).<\/p>\n

– Declaration of copyright registration.<\/p>\n

– A copy of ID card\/passport of the author.<\/p>\n

– The transfer document of ownership of the work of the author to the company (in case of registration for the company).<\/p>\n

– A copy of the business registration certificate (in the case of registration for the company).<\/p>\n

Duration:<\/strong> 10 days + 30 days<\/p>\n
