    Decree No. 316\/2025\/N\u0110-CP dated December 10, 2025<\/strong>, providing guidance on the Law on Atomic Energy regarding nuclear power plants and research nuclear reactors. This Decree replaces Decree No. 70\/2010\/N\u0110-CP dated June 22, 2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Decree No. 296\/2025\/N\u0110-CP dated November 16, 2025<\/strong>, regulating the enforcement of decisions on administrative penalties.
