Trading liquors on the list of business lines subject to conditional investment.<\/span>\u00a0Organizations and individuals producing industrial alcohol, manual liquors for the purpose of trading, distributing alcohol, wholesale liquor, retail liquors, selling alcohol for consumption on the spot must have a permit as stipulated in the Decree.
