– Certificate of deposit (original):<\/strong> The deposit amount accounts for at least 5% of charter capital but not less than VND 10,000,000,000 (approximately USD 500,000). The company will transfer the above amount to TAPHALAW for TAPHALAW to deposit into a commercial bank account lawfully operating in Vietnam in order to obtain a certificate of deposit.<\/p>\n
