She joined TAPHALAW in 2018 and currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Litigation Department, overseeing all personnel within the department.

With approximately six years of experience at TAPHALAW, Ms. Thu has been primarily responsible for litigation matters, acting as an authorized representative and legal counsel for clients in commercial, civil, labor, and administrative disputes. Ms. Thu has extensive experience representing clients in contract disputes, claims for damages arising from breach of contract, property insurance disputes, real estate disputes, and labor disputes. Ms. Thu possesses unique strengths and in-depth expertise in the field of bankruptcy, with years of experience advising and representing businesses and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, asset liquidation, and debt resolution.
