– Investment Registration Certificates: Advising on and processing the issuance of Investment Registration Certificates for projects that do not require investment approval, such as wholesale and retail trade, and consulting services.

– Amendment and Extension: Advising on and processing the amendment and extension of Investment Registration Certificates for projects that have been granted certificates and do not require approval for amendment of investment plans by the People’s Committee at the corresponding level.

– Capital Contributions: Advising on and processing procedures for contributing capital, purchasing shares, and capital contributions to foreign-invested economic organizations.
