Procedures for quality announcement of food produced and traded domestically:

– Business license (clearly stating the business lines of production and trading of food).

–Product label. – Testing results.

– Certificate of establishment eligible for food hygiene and safety (for high-risk foods, functional foods, flavors, additives, food preservatives).

Duration: 15 days

Procedures for quality announcement of imported food to be traded

–Business license (clearly stating the business line of food).

–Manufacturer’s product label.

– The results of the analysis of the manufacturer (Certificate of Analysis)

– Free sale certificate for imported food: flavoring, food additives, food preservatives, functional foods.

–Testing results in Vietnam

– Other relevant documents (if any) such as: GMP, HACCP, Manufacturer’s product quality certificate, mechanism of action of ingredients in the product.
