Mrs. Tran My Thoa has been associated with TAPHALAW since 2020. Currently, she serves as a Counsel, providing guidance and support for TAPHALAW’s legal services, particularly in litigation and dispute resolution. With over 35 years of legal practice, Mrs. Thoa has held significant positions in legal professional organizations, including: Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Bar Federation; Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association; and Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

As an attorney, Mrs. Thoa has a distinguished track record of representing clients in civil, commercial, and criminal cases, safeguarding their legal rights and interests. Throughout her career, she has received numerous commendations from the Prime Minister, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Bar Federation, the Party Committee of the Mass Organizations, and the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee for her outstanding contributions to Party building, bar association development, and legal practice.
