Mr. Nguyen Van Mot holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law, Saigon (1973) and a degree from the Hanoi University of Law (1990). Since 2001, he has been a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Mr. Mot has been affiliated with TAPHALAW since 2020. Throughout his career, he has frequently represented clients in civil, administrative, labor, commercial, and family law cases.
