– Form of multi-level sales contract: TAPHALAW will translate into Vietnamese draw up and based on the file that TAPHALAW has received. After that, TAPHALAW will send back to the company to sign and seal.
– Reward program: TAPHALAW will translate into Vietnamese and draw up based on the file that TAPHALAW has received. After that, TAPHALAW will send back to the company to sign and seal.
– Basic training program: TAPHALAW will translate into Vietnamese and draw up based on the file that TAPHALAW has received. After that, TAPHALAW will send back to the company to sign and seal.
– Articles of operation: TAPHALAW will translate into Vietnamese and draw up based on the file that TAPHALAW has received. After that, TAPHALAW will send back to the company to sign and seal.
– List of goods: Including: type, origin, packing specifications, selling price, number of converted reward points.
– Documents proving legal capital
– Certificate of product commercialization announcement: Refer to the quality announcement section
– Certificate of establishment of food safety eligibility: Refer to the food safety certificate section
– Certificate of investment registration or enterprise registration certificate
– Certificate of deposit (original): The deposit amount accounts for at least 5% of charter capital but not less than VND 10,000,000,000 (approximately USD 500,000). The company will transfer the above amount to TAPHALAW for TAPHALAW to deposit into a commercial bank account lawfully operating in Vietnam in order to obtain a certificate of deposit.

– 30 days (After obtaining investment license (business registration certificate), product certification and food hygiene and safety certificate)
