On October 28th, 2024 The National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 55/2024/UBTVQH15 on adjustments to the 2024 Law and Ordinance-Making Program, the adjusted content is as follows:
To add the National Assembly’s draft resolution on the pilot implementation of commercial housing projects through an agreement on the assignment or existing land use rights to the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program, and to submit it to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at its 8th Session in October 2024.
To add the draft Law on Emergency Situations and the draft Law on Science, Technology, and Innovation in the 2025 Law and Ordinance Development Program, and to submit them to the National Assembly for consideration at the 9th Session (May 2025) and for approval at the 10th Session (October 2025).
Organization of implementation:
Assigning the submitting agency, the agency in charge of verifying, participating in the verification and progress of submitting to the National Assembly Standing Committee for comments on law projects and draft resolutions added to the 2025 Law and Ordinance Development Program are as follows:
