On March 3, 2026, TA PHA Law Company Limited (TAPHALAW) held its New Year gathering in a formal yet warm atmosphere, with the participation of the Board of Directors and all employees. The event marked the official start of a new working year, providing an opportunity for the TAPHALAW team to review development orientations and strengthen cooperation among departments across the Company.
At the meeting, the Board of Directors announced and presented appointment decisions for key positions within the Legal Department, representing an important step in strengthening the organizational structure to enhance professional quality, internal management, and the Company’s commitment to its clients in the next stage of development.
Specifically, the Company appointed:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong, LL.M., Lawyer, as Head of the Legal Department;

Ms. Tran Thi Kieu Yen, Lawyer, as Deputy Head of the Legal Department in charge of the Advisory Division;

Ms. Bui Doan Minh Thu, Lawyer, as Deputy Head of the Legal Department in charge of the Litigation Division.

The Legal Department is regarded as the core unit of TAPHALAW, playing a central role in professional activities by directly handling legal files and procedures and providing legal services to clients. Strengthening the management team of the Legal Department reflects the Company’s orientation toward specialized and professional development, while also improving coordination between the Legal Department and other departments within the Company.
Currently, TAPHALAW is structured into four main departments, including the Legal Department, Client Services Department, Administration and Human Resources Department, and Finance and Accounting Department. Each department performs distinct functions and responsibilities, working closely together to ensure effective operations and the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality legal services that meet the increasingly demanding needs of clients.
In their remarks at the meeting, representatives of the Board of Directors congratulated the newly appointed personnel and expressed confidence that the Legal Department, together with all TAPHALAW employees, will continue to uphold professional competence, a strong sense of responsibility, and legal ethics, contributing to legal compliance and the sustainable development of the Company in 2026 and the years to come.
