With over a decade of experience at TAPHALAW, Mrs. Thuy has been primarily responsible for providing legal advice in the areas of corporate law, investment, and commerce. Mrs. Thuy has extensive experience in advising and assisting businesses on corporate governance, restructuring, management, company operations, developing internal management systems, contracts, labor, investment, and commerce. Mrs. Thuy also possesses unique strengths in providing services related to investment licensing, labor licensing, cosmetics registration, advertising, and business licenses in Vietnam.
