Mr. Vo Dan Mach, a distinguished Master of Laws and Attorney-at-Law, is the founder of TAPHALAW, established in 2010. Since its inception, he has been at the helm of TAPHALAW, steering its operations and guiding its growth. Currently serving as the Company Chairman, he is primarily responsible for setting the firm’s vision, overseeing strategic management, and driving the development of legal services. Mr. Mach’s unwavering commitment is to solidify TAPHALA’’s position as a leading provider of efficient legal services in Vietnam, particularly for corporate clients.

With nearly two decades of legal practice, including 15 years at the helm of TAPHALAW, Attorney Mach has provided direct legal counsel to numerous businesses and economic groups. He possesses a specialized expertise in advising on direct selling laws in Vietnam. Furthermore, Mr. Mach has represented clients as an attorney-at-law in a wide range of civil, commercial, labor, administrative, and criminal cases in courts, procuratorates, and investigative agencies. He has also successfully represented clients in commercial arbitrations.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Mach is deeply committed to community service and the development of young professionals. He has actively engaged in various philanthropic activities, academic competitions, and training programs. Notably, he is the founder of the “Ta Pha – Journey of Compassion” charity fund and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Finance, Ho Chi Minh City (UEF), where he has been honored as an “Entrepreneur-Teacher”.
