Mrs. Tran Thi Hoang Nguyen joined TAPHALAW in 2012. Currently, Mrs. Nguyen is the Head of the Administration – Human Resources Department, and also participates in advising consulting lawyers in labor and insurance.
During 13 years working at TAPHALAW, Mrs. Nguyen has been in charge of all administrative and human resources activities of the Company. In addition to internal management activities, Mrs. Nguyen is also assigned to work with consulting lawyers in labor and insurance. Mrs. Nguyen has extensive experience in developing policies for employees, consulting and supporting businesses in labor management activities, developing and promulgating internal working regulation, collective labor agreement, regulations, rules, and procedures for labor management, and preparing documents for labor and insurance inspections.
